***** case and claim on senior hosp cash back plan

I shall never ever tell anybody to do bussines with absa bank all my accounts plus my policies is with absa never had any problems now the past few months i always have problems with them if i put in a claim against my hosp cash back plan they declined my claim say it is chronic but it is things that i never had or suffer from i was rob of all my money in my bank account i made a avidavite stated that my card was never coming out of the atm machine and while we was standing there dont know what is going on there was with drawn R2700 out of my bank account it is now a month back on both my cases and still no answers from any one so must i still pay my policys and things but get no help from absa i feel that i cant trust my own bank and want to move to a other bank that will be more helpful
