***** by TTMS UNAUTHERISED DEBIT ORDERS WHAT IS ABSA doing about this?

I have received two debit orders from a company called TTMS PLATINUM and I have tried twice to cancel it from a number they gave me to call. I do not know anything about this and I have never agreed to this debit order. I do not understand why ABSA is allowing such ***** to happen without the customer knowing anything about this? is this an inside job by ABSA why is this happening on a regular basis? can someone explain why this can happen? we trust our banks to keep our money safe but it turns out they end up leaving us hanging for vultures to take our money.
