***** bank/ Terrible customer service 😡🤬😠

Absa gives the worst service ever! It's been more than a month that my husband and I are trying to get our savings paid to us by Absa we had made a 7days request and submitted all required documents to support the request and we still haven't been paid. We had to use our entire salaries to pay the balance for our wedding which we had saved for but due to the incompetence and lack of customer care from Absa's side. Every time we go to the bank or call we are told that funds will reflect on that day it's been Weeks now and still no payment😡🤬😠 WE ARE TIRED OF THIS NONSENSE!!
