***** at ABSA *******ly changing my address
I noticed that my address was changed by an ABSA employee without my knowledge or consent. I have reported it to the ***** department in October 2020 and nothing happened to date. This is a security risk and I requested they take action and I want feedback on why this happened and who made the changes. No response. I have updated my FICA documents 6 times already, but still the incorrect address remains.
