***** at ABSA

Someone used my uncle's ABSA card to do ********** transactions (even though the card is in his possession and it has been months since he physically used it at any shop). He then stopped the card and ordered a new one. The new card has not been delivered to him and has already been used to do ********** transactions. Someone at ABSA is doing this or ABSA's cyber security is so weak that hackers are doing it. This is unacceptable.
