***** and Misconduct from ABSA Legal & Risk

I was In communication with Absa Bank Risk mitigation officer & i explained to him that I had temporary challenge on paying for my home loan account due to illness and made payment arrangements which i paid in August & September. now I'm being told by 3rd party companies that my house is going for auction on the 29th of October 2015 but i havent received any summons. I called collections last week to load a FULL payment arrangement of my arrears, then called 3 days later only to to find that no arrangement has been loaded nor the previous ones I have made with the Risk Mitigator. I have also requested a copy of my original loan agreement with no success. my question Is how is my property on auction when I'm bending backwards to catch up for the arrears and when I have been in communication with the bank and paying? also getting in contact with ABSA LEGAL proves to be a mission ad phones ring endlessly and even when they answer the system is offline and here I'm trying to find out who is in charge of my account. this further proves how my information and efforts fall into a black hole. this goes back to the liebenberg sisters *****/misconduct case against ABSA that the bank lost.
