And on the 27th of the same month my late husband brother went to Absa Bank and withdraw a large sum of money from my late husband personal account only using an affidavit they got from the police station. A few days later I went to the bank with my power of attorney to start the process of opening a late estate account and that's how I found out what my late husband brother has done. And when I approached the Absa branch and the manager told me it's normal for the bank to use an affidavit to help the family to access funds. What must I do in a case like this.
