Hello. I am having an issue with ABSA Festival Mall Kempton Park They took out R5877.67 from my account & was supposed to have credited my mortgage account. on the 01-03-2022 Unfortunately that did not happen. I visited the branch on two or three times but to no avail. The mortgage department advised me to close my account & cannot return my money because it is not in the account. I contacted the ***** section & the two reference nos are: C***9 & C***5 however still no response. Can you help.
