My name is Sibongile Mayisela ID *** I am an ABSA client who trusted the bank years and years until today when i went to the ATM NUMBER 90537 in meadowdale to withdraw Rl000.00 as usual i was required to enter pin and amount then the machine swallowed my card, immediately i called to stop my card indeed it was stopped and given Ref no:Surprisingly my R1000.00 was withdrawn while i was there talking to the call center and still standing there!!!! this is ***** and inside one..can someone help so the bank can reverse my money... i am single mother who is working alone as a cleaner and R1000.00 its a lot for my familly...i trustested the bank with my money... if anyone can help please reach me on *** I NEED THAT MONEY URGENTLY!!!

21 Aug 2019, 10:50i still did not get the response from ABSA and clearly i can see the dont care about their customers...what kind of business is this, i lost my money that i trusted the company with and to loose it in this manner and no one is caring enough to explain what going on or even better to refund my money... i really can't go around telling people to take their last cent to this ban**** clearly no ones cares.

The below is what i got and i don't understand when is the agreed time with who? as i have never recieve any call or anything except an automated Ref no: there was no some sort of communication with anyone within ABSA company.
