My vehicle finance OTP and and vehicle finance contract (which I signed and accepted - see attached) clearly states that I accepted the finance with a residual amount. WHY WAS THIS REMOVED AFTER THE REPO RATE INCREASED??? - see picture from Absa Online Banking

According to Ursula the consultant who processed my vehicle finance, when the repo rate increases, the interest rate on contracts increase but NO changes are made to the contract - so WHY WAS MINE AMENDED WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY???

I want this rectified IMMEDIATELY before I raise it further and take it to the Financial Ombudsman for *****!!! Secondly since I have refinanced with Absa I am entitled to my loyalty cash back bonus. I am still waiting for this to be processed - WHY AM I NOT GETTING FEEDBACK???

I want a manager to CALL ME TODAY to sort both issues out.
