Goodday its Pearl Malloy again.I placed a complaint about absa And the money that they didnt transfere to my account.I received a response saying that they were working on it.This was 29 October 2025 and i am still waiting to be called back.I feel absa is dismising the issure and not taking this matter seriously.They are suppose to be the trusted bank.I need the money its for my son's fees.Absa is really letting me down i am disapointed in them.Can they please let me know what is happening before i take further steps in the matter.
