For 3 years I've had my Personal loan go off my account by debit order.
This month I receive a phone call from the collections department stating non-payment.

I enquire and it seems as if my debit order details were removed.

By whom!?

When I phoned the call centre it was brought to my attention that ABSA is doing me a favour with this \payment arrangement".

I want ABSA to contact me and explain why my details were removed.
I want ABSA to ensure that there is no impact on my credit rating because of an error by either ABSA's systems"
