Goodday my name is Pearl Malloy my mother has an account with absa.she transfered money from absa to fnb year 2012.This year i went to check with fnb why they have never sent me any documentation letting me know how my money is increasing,only to find the money was never tranfered from absa.My mom went to query the lady at enquiries saw that it was ***** on their side as the money was tranferd by a teller instead of enquiries.When she wrote the letter to he authorities to let them know they said they cant help because they say my mother draw the money which is a lie and they cant even proove it...Im talking about R15 000....When the lady from enquiries checked she saw that the money was indeed tranfered from absa bt doesnt say to which account.which means the teller did *****.Absa will not even investigate and they have been very rude to my mother and she has banked wih them for more than 30 years.Please help this is the money im suppose to use for my sons education.
