So we have banked with ABSA for 12 years and always been happy, the other day a transaction went off for R34 000, so I phoned our bank manager and asked him what it is, so he said it's a credit card, but we don't have a credit card for our company. We set up a meeting with him only to find out there where 4 credit cards issued on our business account. I laid a case of ***** with ABSA going on 5 weeks still no feed back, they can't even give me statements that I asked for. Over 2years 360k has been taken out of our account. And we getting no where with ABSA, And all we got today day was I have done what I could but in the mean time we paying off credit cards that doesn't even belong to us. I am shocked that this is a international Bank and this is the service we getting. ABSA can close our doors with the ***** that is happening and they can't provide me with anything. I am think to lay a case against ABSA because who are they to issues these credit cards with out our signature and with out the owners authorization.
