I tried pulling funds from my account at Belhar engine garage Absa Atm. The Atm advised that my pin was incorrect but did not give my card and gave me the option nto select pin 4 times. after the 4th time my card was taken by the ATM and i received an sms saying R3000 was withdrawn. When i went to the bank to querry this as i did not receive any money from the ATM or my card I was told my money was withdrawn in Noiiensfontein. A place which I was not in or dont reside anywhere close. The bank says no one can hep me ragrding this, which i feel is utter nonsense. This is a case of ***** and the bank needs to have a policy in place for this. I will approach the banking ombudsman as this need to be rectified immediately!!!!
