Fradulent ABSA vehicle finance account

I have received a shocking sms today from my bank which is Nedbank in which I have been advised that my bank statement has been provided to ABSA vehicle finance department in which I am not aware and never made any vehicle finance with ABSA . There is someone who has app**** for vehicle finance **********ly using my details . I immediately open a ***** case with my bank and also phoned ABSA call center in which I spoke Nompulelo at 17:41 today and she advised me no one is available from the Vehicle finance department as they work from 08:00 to 16:30 .

I also logged on to the credit bureau to check if there were credit inquiries done and there was a credit inquiry done . I would like this to be stopped and be investigated as I also need the documents that were submitted as I would like to open a ***** case with SAPS . I would appreciate if I can get feedback as soon as possible as this is urgent .
