I have been an Absa client for more than 20 years. Absa vehicle finance and Home Loan has lately dropped the ball.

How on earth do you respond to enquiries after full 7 days.

I have been asking Absa to capitalize advance amount on both home and vehicle finance loans but the speed in which they respond to emails is appalling. Im frustrated to the core
