Former employee

I'm not happy with the service from HR, The lady who answered is disrespectful and unhelpful ABSF071 that's her employee number. I need my leave days paid. It's been almost a week already and no one is giving me feedback. I also want to know the balance of the days owed to me and the amount I'll receive. The service i received is horrible.
