Formal Complaint Regarding Incomplete Vehicle Description and Request for Assistance

I am writing to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had as a bidder on Tirhani Auctioneers' platform. I registered on your website with the intention of participating in an auction for a vehicle that caught my interest. The auction, as I understand, was conducted on behalf of Absa.

I placed a bid and ultimately won the auction for the vehicle in question. However, upon collecting the vehicle, I discovered discrepancies between the information provided on the auctioneer platform and the actual condition of the vehicle. It was clearly mentioned in the vehicle description that it was a starter vehicle and that a spare key was included. Additionally, the odometer reading was provided.

Regrettably, upon further inspection, I found that the information mentioned above was either misleading or omitted altogether. The vehicle did not align with the description provided during the auction, and I strongly believe that this omission was intentional to facilitate the sale.I am writing this letter to request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I kindly ask you to guide me to the correct department or individual who can provide me with information regarding the inspection that was conducted on the vehicle by Absa. Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I hope we can reach a fair resolution promptly. I have attached copies of all relevant documentation related to the auction for your reference.
