Forex transfer from Skrill online wallet

Had some funds in my skrill account. Amount total just over R300 13th of December I put a swift transfer through. towards the end of December enquired about it and waited another week or two for a response. 1 January 20018 received email with details of transfer relating to supposed mail received on the 14th of December stating that funds were still waiting for clearance. Stated in mail response on the 17th of January that mail was not received on the 14th. No response. January 22nd sent an email enquiring about status of transfer of funds. No reply. January 24th went back to forex and enquired. January 24th Received response that transaction was reversed and sent back to sender. No reason supp****, or date that it was sent back. January 29th - Funds still not reflecting in Skrill account.
