FOREX PAYMENTS RETURNED UNDER FALSE PRETENCE
I have documented proof that ABSA returns forex payments under the disguise that the RECIPIENT NAME / ACCOUNT HOLDER name is wrong, but I have copies of the documents stating it was correctly completed. It costs about ZAR 850 a time for a tourist to "fix the error". Not only is this bad service, but it is restricting tourism to our country!!
