Forex Call Centre - Is it closed?

Try calling ABSA Forex department - kept on hold for over an hour and still no answer. Then your business relationship manager tells you that they have to use the same numbers, which do not get answered. Are ABSA closing down their Forex call centres?? Perhaps a notification to forex customers that there is no call centre anymore would be a appreciate.
