<p>A Pep- plus debit card account was opened **********ly using my details in 2015, I realised this when I went to apply for house finance, a I was told that I have app**** for a loan with GETBUCKS, I then lodged a dispute with GETBUCKS (see attached email) and they advised that they need a letter confirming the account was opened **********ly, I then went to ABSA and filled in a dispute form attached the affidavit and it was forwarded to ABSA forensic department, with REF: ********** handled by Marlyn Erasmus I contacted her for feedback but she said to me that there is no feedback, I must refer this matter to the Banking Ombudsman, I need to know why I was never contacted during the investigations so that they compare my id with the one on the application form or the handwriting or signature. PEP said they do not have the applications as they are done in store and therefore forwarded to ABSA for underwriting so ABSA should have the documents. I just need ABSA to prove that I did not apply for PEP-plus debit card by them comparing photos on my id and my address and contact numbers so that a can get a confirmation letter,</p>
