Foreign, but sorry you can’t get your money!

After 4 visits with an average waiting tome of 35 minutes to an ABSA branch I finally got my ABSA cash passport. During my trip to Europe I was unable to topup may ABSA cash passport due to “service currently unavailable”. Unavailable for 4 days in a row....? Furthermore you are unable to make contact with ABSA, you have to visit a branch.... overseas? Then when you come back and want to cancel the cash passport card and transfer your own remaining funds to your own ABSA cheque account, you need to show your passport that you actually traveled...? That is after you submitted your visa, passport, flight tickets and itinerary you STILL need to show your passport? For your own money? On your own card? This service needs serious improvement with much better customer support!!!!
