Forcing the customer to pay for damaged goods

I bought a car from Hyundai Pinetown through ABSA Bank. I was told that the entire/whole engine was replaced and the vehicle had a new engine. When I received the car I discovered that the engine was badly leaking oil. I was requested to take the vehicle to the nearest Hyundai in Eastrand (Gauteng). At Eastrand we were all shocked when the technicians discovered that the engine was old, missing bolts, some places hidden with silicon. it was clearly an old engine. Hyundai had **** to us about the condition of the car.

All this happened before ABSA paid Hyundai and had declared the contract that I signed in December 2014 null and void and sent me new contract documents to sign in January 2015. I notified him of this and requested him not to make any payments to the dealer as they were not cooperating with me until today. I still have the unsigned documents from ABSA awaiting for Hyundai to sort out my vehicle which they are failing to to do so. In spite of this **************** by Hyundai, ABSA went ahead and paid!!!

My issue therefore is that I do not get any cooperation from either ABSA of HYUNDAI Pinetown and they are ganging up against me to pay for this vehicle.
