Forcefully assigning Attorney to process bond

Absa bank Home loans division is forcefully assigning an attorney to do my transfer. Both the buyer and the seller have appointed a certain attorney to do the transfer of the property and yet Absa is declining using these seller and buyer preferred attorneys. Please note that the seller and buyer preferred attorney is on the panel of attorneys with ABSA and yet the bank is refusing to use them. Its not fair that when a buyer has to pay all the transfer costs that the bank is so stubborn and more like bullying their customers to use only their attorney and no one else. This is forcefully and intentionally marginalizing the customer who is forced to pay for a service he/she has absolutely no say on. Its simply not fair and not good consumer practice.
