Forced to open a Eyenu Nonke funeral policy

On the 17th of June, I went to the Mall Of Africa branch to open a simple savings bank account. I was forced into opening a Eyenu Nonke funeral policy in order to open an account. Apparently it’s now mandatory in order to open an account. What nonsense is that? Please cancel that funeral policy. I already have funeral policies with other service providers. Also there are 2 bank cards showing on my banking profile. Remove the one not in use. I only have 1 bank card.
