For trouble and unhelpfulness, try ABSA
<p>My husband is a ABSA client and we have been trying to get our vehicle that's been paid-off for about 15 years' registration papers from ABSA for about the past 2 years. No joy.</p> <p> </p> <p>When requesting a cross border authority letter, they let you jump through hoops and then tell you that they can't help you even with a request.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have seen all the hassles they have compared to the institution I bank with. My advice - don't bank with ABSA.</p>
