For over 2 weeks my account has been blocked

For over 2 weeks my account has been blocked. I have been a victim of ***** and have been calling everyday to speak to my ***** investigator Lucy Mathonsi. She hasn’t called me back or emailed me to inform me about what’s going on and how we can resolve it. I also have been requesting to speak to the manager Sibongile Mntambo everyday for 2 weeks with no call backs. This is absolutely disgusting service and these people are obviously not doing their jobs
