Follow up review Absa Life

This is a follow up review. Absa Life still maintains that my accidental disability claim is declined because I did not lose a lower or upper limb however this was not communicated to me prior to me agreeing to taking this policy. I believe this is raised as an excuse to avoid payment because I came to know about this only after submitting a claim. This is a day light ******* of our hard earned money because had I been informed about this I would not have taken this policy, I belive disability is not only amputation as in my case.
