Flexi reserve access blocked without warning - I cant access my money!!!

I am unable to access my home loan flexi reserve. Upon enquiry, I was informed that I needed to submit an updated property insurance schedule. My query was the first I had heard of this (I have gone back in my records to check). I have submitted what they have asked for. It took 4 day to receive an acknowledgment of receipt. And I am STILL waiting for this to be cleared so that I can access MY money.
