Fixed Deposit Fund and Bad Customer Service
Tried to get my investment out of their fixed deposit account. I was kept on hold for 1hr and 30min. Either there is no one to answer calls or they are trying to make it harder for you to pull money out...either way, no feedback.

29 Nov 2022, 10:36Thanks Russel, I went to the bank as you recommended. Not only did the bank (Absa Clearwater Mall) tell me I did not have to come in but they gave me the run around for over an hour as I spoke to 3 consultants. I’m currently sitting in the waiting room for the 3rd consultant….
