Fixed deposit excess refusal

Morning my name is Thulani Malaza and I'm from Mpumalanga Ermelo,on the 05th of may 2013 i got a car accident and on the 08th of 2016 i got my compensation and i invested it at Absa bank in Pretoria the agreement was that I can get the money when I need it with a proof of a reason why I need it should it be a letter from a doctor that I need to go for an operation or something else,the contract was for a year and it's expired on the 08th of September I renewed it on the 18th of September in Ermelo on the monthly fixed basis for a year and now I've been having headaches,pains and needles on my forehead my doctor gave me a letter that I must go for an operation in Johannesburg as soon as possible,and I went to my branch with the letter to my branch since I need money to go for the operation but they have refused, please I need help I am dying I can't sleep at night even my right eye is starting to act on me if I should be contacted I can be reached on the following numbers : ********** anytime I'm available thanks in advance if I should be assisted Kind regards :TWM Malaza
