Fix your system and stop the threats!!!

What a joke!! Every month, for the last 4 months, i get the most disgusting threatening messages, for an account not paid. This AFTER my debit order goes off successfully!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have never missed a payment!!!!!!!! It has to stop. Fix your system and stop harassing me. When asking you to please log a complaint and investigate on your side, I was told it cannot be done.
