Fix your site
I know what I expect when I log in to my account: payments, as selected. I used to get the full service unless I expressly asked for the "Express" (designed for idiots) option. Now I get the idiot option every time, regardless.
Just put things back to the way they were and stop frustrating me.

24 Jan 2024, 17:08Per phone by Godfrey, I have been told that the idiot interface (of course with the option to go to full service through more keystrokes past an awfully loud and crippled interface is the new "stuff you" approach to customers who actually know what they are doing. I am told that the old options (still selectable) will no longer work. What arrogance.
This unilateral approach is not good for the intelligent users. Look forward to a shrinking user base of cognoscenti as the needs of the lowest common denominator come first. I will jump when I can afford it. And take my family and friends with me.

And don't shout. The whole "Express" interface is so BIG AND SCREAMING with the essentials hidden away down the left.
