fix the problem its with absa

for years I have been able to do cash deposit at any absa cash accepting ATM.As today is month end and I needed to make payment on my absa loan(revolving) for some reason only known to absa it would not accept my deposit.This has happened to me on more than one occassion at different atm and at first I accepted it may be my card thats faulty.But I have a brand new card I collected in december this year and still ATM does not accept the cash deposit.It has caused undue stress driving around trying different absa ATM and making phone calls to try and correct.Last month I was forced to go into the bank to deposit over the counter and was charged R80 fee for a R350 deposit.Now this is definitely starting to look sinister as I am continued to now drive out to an absa bank and do manual deposit inside bank and pay there exhorbitant fees.I brought this to there attention last month but was never contacted or ever corrected.This seems like another scheme to ****** fees.Unbelievable but true! Unfortunately now again I have to face absa lawyers hounding me for not making payment on time.This all seems to convenient
