FIX IMMEDIATELY

On the 8th February 2016 at around 11:18, I called Absa Peraonal loan department so that I can change my debit order date of my personal loan.<br> <br> I reached the \retention/default\" department (not sure of department name) and I spoke to Pearl.<br> <br> I told her that I would like to change my Absa personal loan debit order date from the 1st of every month to the 26th of every month.<br> <br> I expected money to be debitted from my account on the 26th of February which has not happened. I thought I should wait for the 1st of March 2016, which is today to see if the debit order will go off, nothing has happened. It usually goes off around 6:30 on the 1st of every month.<br> <br> <br> My account is up to date, I do not know what Pearl did and I would like to know and I want this fixed immediately. I hope the action that Pearl took will not affect my credit record negatively.<br> <br> <br> I want this fixed immediately.<br> "
