First time client experience... sad (no ATM pin findable)....

Sadly, still waiting for my ATM pin for my private debit card. Banker says pin is in envelope, call center says contact banker, email platform says go into branch, envelope says contact the call centre.... sitting with a dead card from two weeks ago. All this while trying to become main-banked with Absa.... sad. I logged a complaint and got an sms saying its closed, no contact at all.
