FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH ABSA INSURANCE AND IT IS BY FAR THE WORST!!!!!

I lodged a claim on Sunday 31/07/2023 and i sent the photos and a quote on monday along with the link that was sent to me, I was advised by Queen Corbette that a key claim will take about 5 days depending on my submission on the required documents. I was advised that Lethabo Thobejane was appointed on the claim but he was on leave, claim was directed to Tivhusiwi Siphugu who was also on leave. The call centre is never answered the acitvate admin email is never responded to, Queen refused to provide with the asessor managers and transferred the call to Tshepiso who assured me on thursday 3/08/2023 that she is escalation the and latest feedback will be by Friday, no response or action was provided. I called the assessor named Irwin on friday and he advised that he will request for payment to the claims department and confirm once done, no feedback was received from him. I called again this morning and spoke to Kaylen who advised that he sees that the assessor has loaded a payment request at 10h37 this morning but he still needs to load a request to claims for them to send a document for me to sign by the latest tomorrow.....this is out of the SLA and i am still being told stories So much struggle for a key claim??? I am really DISAPPOINTED that out all the names i quoted, not even one of them could deliver a good service
