Finding excuse not to pay for accident repairs
I was involved in an accident on the 27 August 2015 and the vehicle was towed by my insurer Absa idirect. I was then informed on the 11 September 2015 that my vehicle insurance was cancelled due to the information supp**** with the inception of the policy was not correct and that ABSA was now under no obligation to repair my vehicle. What I dont understand is that ABSA IDirect is contradicting its own policy conditions, I had a claim in February 2015 on the same vehicle and the claim was paid and the vehicle repaired, no questions asked. The amount of the claim was about R5400.00.The damage on my vehicle that ABSA indirect refuse to pay amounts to about R113 000.When ever I was contacted by ABSA Indirect I was asked do I understand what is happening.Well I dont understand.<br>
