Financing a company that sold me a defective "brand new" motorbike

On 26/11/2020 I purchased a motorbike which was financed through Absa VAF. I am noting ABSA on this complaint because the bike has since given endless mechanical problems. It was returned to the selling company (Indian Motorcycles - Cardinal Motors) for repair. However in November 2021 it broke down again and has been with the said company for the last SEVEN months! I still pay my finance - but for a product that I do not even have. This company that ABSA paid money to, has since moved their products to WORLD of YAMAHA - the previous owner - Bryan Berger (who in my sinple terms I would view as the person that receive the purchase price from ABSA) - has since passed all lisbility to Yamaha - refering us to Gareth Dreyer. I feel ABSA needs to be involved because I am paying finance to ABSA who had faith in paying a company that sold out - leaving me as a customer without the item I purchased. I have sent this to the Motor Industry Ombudsman - but need resolution from the part of my finance which was paid to a company that is now refusing liability.
