Financial Inconvenience

When I checked my credit score, I was shocked that Absa indicated that my credit card is R1035,00 in arrears which is NOT true. I was very annoyed by this misrepresentation as they are the financial institution they should know better how this affects the credit worthy of the person. Imagine the inconvenience I was subjected to because of that. How exactly is their system programmed, when the installment due reflects as arrears. I am really very angry
