Financial harassment
Just after getting my salary, on my Birthday,my day gets ruined by you, how can you do such a terrible thing to your client, a journal debit of R1700 in this financial crisis I am in. I WANT MY MONEY BACK into my bank account today or else I am closing my bank account and move to another bank. You have no respect to you clients. I do not want the Journal Debit into my bank account ! This is abuse!!

I got your mail, I do not know if you understand when I say I need to pay my son's fees by today or else he will be denied access from entering the class from tomorrow. The 30 percent amount that you say you can refund will not help at all. Let me pay my arrears according to arrangements that will be comfortable with me. I do not know if you just want me to close my Absa cheque account in order to have financial freedom on my bank account moving forward because clearly I am not respect or valued here anymore.
