My account is under debt review. However, my Mom paid an amount of R5000.00 into my account for my child school stationary and school uniform. Which ABSA took from my savings account. This is money which my mom who is a pensioner saved for my son for his first year. After I've been on debt review how is it possible that a bank can take money from me.
