Finance Charges debit date

<p>I have called ABSA three times asking them to NOT debit me on the 23rd/24th for credit card finance charges. I've just had some snotty little agent sigh and try to tell me that they can't change that date. Seriously ABSA, how hard is it for you to change the date to the last day of the month? I don't need some snotty agent telling me how to manage my accounts. This is not the first time, I had to practically beg to have my home loan amount debited from my cheque account and NOT my savings account. </p>
