Finally there is a solution
Having been post to post with Absa telephone , internet banking and their app , finally Rezona Louw was able to respond, through Hellopeter, and attend to the problem ,am now able to use all their features now. Although I was never given the reason of ,seemingly, revoking my passwords , so that such inconvenience is never repeated either way. Thanks again Rezona
