Finally helped
Thank you to Requel at the Absa ***** Division for sorting out my card query very quickly and efficiently. I was given the run around by some of your other agents but she took ownership and actually stayed on the line while transferring my call to the card division lady who was also very friendly and helpful...keep up the good service
