Finalise payout
I have app**** for a loan on Monday and on Thursday I received an sms to call into finalize a payout When I called in today I was told not to call in A CONSULTANT will all me. My issue is why would they send me a message to call in. I CALLED 4TIMES TODAY AND GETTING CUT OFF. I got told that there was no consultant to do a payout. WHY DID I RECEIVE THE SMS TO CALL IN WHEN THERE IS NO CONSULTANT.
