Fin charge for what ?
I’m being charged fin charged where’s the requested amount as per their amount was sufficient in my account

Briefly,
Yes, you made payment but not the full outstanding account balance. and as such, finance charge will always be charged because you are not paying the full amount/limit that you used but you are paying the monthly repayment.
