I bought a house in 2006 and i finish to pay my bond on the 04/05/2020.In my bond i was having 25 year back Assurance it state stated that if you finish with your bond it will pay back your money. I went to their branch in town they told me they received my documents up to now i send emails with no response.I am tired now I request some help.
